Returns

Unopened jars may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, in the United States or Canada.

Opened tablets are yours. Toothpaste that has been chewed is not something we restock.

Write to hello@orratab.me with the order number. We will send a return address in New York. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless the jar arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Glass can fail. Photograph the jar and the outer carton and write to us. We will make it right with a replacement.

Pause or cancel a refill before it ships. A refill that has already left New York follows the unopened-jar rule above.
